Gotham North Farm, North Salem, New York

The masterplan for this equestrian farm in Westchester realized extensive landscaping and several architectural improvements to add to the existing stables, house and caretaker’s house. The landscape masterplan projects developed a hilltop “wedding” gazebo, a buried wine and root cellar, tennis court and stone viewing platform with theatre steps, new pond, and fountain and a pergola at the pool garden of the Main House. A indoor riding arena capped the project, with a graceful custom wood truss roof system.
