Established in 1987, our mission has always been to achieve sustainable beauty. We approach each project with equal care and attention to detail—be it a new home or transformation of a historic structure, an academic masterplan or conceptual site plan. We believe that everyone deserves a healthy outdoor space and home tailored to their needs in which to raise their family, entertain friends, and live life. 

Philip Logan Architect PLLC provides architectural design services, historic site design and consultation services, masterplan development, project administration and site installation supervision, as well as design-build options. Various projects resulted from collaborative joint work with Preservation Green LLC. We consider every detail, including the benefits of tax incentive programs, long-term maintenance practices, and ways to integrate sustainable technologies while maintaining historic preservation traditions.
