Matt Lowe’s Cay, Antigua and Barbuda

A private island masterplan with 16 luxury residences, marina, caretaker’s quarters, pool with pool house, bird sanctuary, and beaches along three coastlines. Supporting infrastructure includes lighthouse, ferry landing, golf cart paths, electrical and water systems, and irrigation. Native and non-invasive plantings were planned for a lush, private, colorful, and ecologically thoughtful landscape.
