N. Morris Street House, Oxford, Maryland

Located in the historic town of Oxford in Talbot County on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, the project focused on bringing balance back to the home that had been awkwardly altered from it’s original design in the 70s. Committed to restoring the original porch to its former glory required a redesign of the interiors as well as re-centering the entry and ground floor spaces. Additional interior improvements in the use of space and material upgrades breath renewed energy into the home. The project resulted in a delicate balance between historic sensitivity, budget considerations, and the functional needs of the client.
