Wooster Street Loft Renovation

A full floor renovation in a loft building on Wooster Street in Soho, New York City. The renovation included clustering the support spaces, opening the public living area including a custom Henry Built kitchen, and allocating private space for the client’s children. Historic features throughout the space were celebrated, in particular the window detailing and flooring. We worked on this project occurred simultaneously to the larger elevator conversion project within the building.
